The Moon + Stone Healing Academy courses and information are for educational purposes only. The Moon + Stone Healing Academy and its faculty and staff are not liable for possible damage incurred as a direct or indirect consequence of using the contents, advice or interpretation thereof, of any of our courses, programs, web content or email communication, and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician, psychiatrist or psychologist, or other qualified health care providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical or psychological condition or treatment and before undertaking a regimen, and never disregard professional medical or mental health care advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have learned in a course, program, email, suggested practice, community forum, or on our website.
Registration in this program constitutes your agreement to fully indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Moon + Stone Healing Academy and its Staff, as well as program Faculty and Staff from and against all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs, and expenses. As a registrant, you further pledge that you are in good health mentally and emotionally for participation in training of a transformational nature and you understand that this course or program is not a substitute for seeking professional help or support when needed. You agree to abide by the program’s stated policies and/or Shared Agreements in order to help create and sustain a safe container and learning environment for all participants.
The minimum age requirement for program enrollment and participation is 18 years.
Your spoken questions and/or public comments during the course may be recorded, copied, transcribed, and distributed by the Moon + Stone Healing Academy and used in perpetuity, and you consent in advance to these uses, as well as to the use of your image should you appear on a course video.
If you select the payment plan option, subsequent payments will be automatically processed to your card or PayPal account per the schedule listed on your invoice. Multiple attempts will be made in the event of a failed payment.
The Moon + Stone Healing Academy reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse admittance into any course or program, or to terminate and refund the registration of any individual from any course or program it offers at any time. The Moon + Stone Healing Academy also reserves the right to cancel the registration without refund of any participant who defaults on their tuition payment agreement, and to remove individuals from classes, calls, and course community forums on Facebook or other platforms when deemed necessary to preserve the well-being of the group and its members, faculty and staff.
The Moon + Stone Healing Academy also maintains the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of its course forums, social media pages and websites, and to remove any material or postings determined by the Moon + Stone Healing Academy to be inappropriate, destructive or otherwise objectionable, including but not limited to posts promoting other businesses or services, discussions not relevant to the specific course content, hostile or inflammatory remarks, and may remove such posts at its sole discretion and without notice.
The Moon + Stone Healing Academy is happy to offer our 2-for-1 special to spouses or partners living under the same roof for our classes, calls, workshops, or courses, with the purchase of one full-price registration. For advanced certification programs, there will be a charge for certification for both parties. We are unable to extend this offer to participants in any 1:1 faculty coaching and mentoring sessions. In addition, this does not apply to one-on-one healing sessions or readings. The Moon + Stone Healing Academy reserves the right to change or cancel this policy at any time.
Refund Policy
All classes, workshops, courses and experiential group healings are recorded and able to be accessed at the student’s convenience. If the student is unable to start class, a 100% refund can be requested within 30 days from the program start date. The refund request must be in writing and sent to: angie@themoonandstone.com
Once lessons have been accessed, payment is non-refundable. For the most part. The Moon + Stone Healing Academy does not give refunds to students who do not or cannot finish the course for which they have registered.
That being said, if you are disappointed with a course or class you registered, please send an email to angie@themoonandstone.com explaining how you feel the coursework did not meet your expectations. I will make a case-by-case refund decision based on your circumstances. Please include how the description of the class did not meet the reality of the class. Also talk about your attempts to do the work and what you struggled with. This option is only available within 30 days of the start of class.
