Medicine bundles are earth medicine bundles that hold healing allies and the sacred intention for healing, calling in energy or releasing energy. These bundles, made of herbs, crystals, stones, essential oils and offerings to Spirit, are meant to empower you, inspire you, bring blessings and calm, and illuminate your sacred path, and of course, aid in physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing. We will discuss your intentions, and then I will craft this bundle for you in sacred space, meditation + intuition. I will give you suggestions on how to use your bundle to help manifest your sacred intentions and when the moon rises, how to use it through dream work. I recommend tying in some spiritual counseling sessions throughout the time you work with your bundle, as shadow issues arise as we bring in new energy.
