This Guided Animal Journey with Angie Kenna Yingst was held live through Alta View Wellness Center in April 2020. Angie started with the mythology and lore of Crow and the medicine of this mysterious, intelligent bird. This audio version of this guided shamanic journey covered Shapeshifting with Crow. We journeyed into the Lower World and then the upper World, healing wounds from childhood and the past, including past lives, then seeking healing from our animal guides and crow, particularly potently clearing the throat chakra, then we journeyed to the Upper World to connect with the Crow and our own shapeshifting abilities. Tshi journey includes interacting with the Violet Flame of Transmutation. This guided journey was held with a group of 12 participants via Zoom.

You can use this guided journey repeatedly. The freedom of doing this remotely is that you can choose an area of your home that is comfortable, safe and wholly yours. I suggest journeying with a notebook or journal, water, and make yourself nice and comfty.
