November is here, and a new episode of Centered is ready for you!
As we move through Scorpio season, we're invited to explore the deeper places within ourselves. Scorpio has always felt like one of the most shamanic signs of the zodiac to me, with its connections to transformation, death, and rebirth, and the wisdom we find when we journey beneath the surface.
But what I love about this month's medicine is that it reminds us we don't have to do all that deep work alone.
Our Tarot card for November is the Three of Cups, one of my favorite reminders of the sacredness of friendship, laughter, and community. I think we sometimes forget that joy is medicine, too. Gathering with our people, telling stories, sharing meals, and laughing until our bellies hurt are all ways we nourish ourselves.
Our Earth Medicine allies carry that teaching even further.
The Three Sisters, corn, beans, and squash, show us the beauty of reciprocity and how different beings can support one another's growth.
Garnet brings us into the physical experience of love, grounding, safety, and the ways we build meaningful relationships.
Whale invites us to listen deeply, honor ancestral wisdom, and remember the power of our own voices.
We'll also explore November's astrology, including the Scorpio New Moon, Mercury and Venus stationing direct, the movement into Sagittarius season, and the Gemini Full Moon.
And our affirmation for the month is:
When I open to connection, I expand and abundance flows through me and to me.
I hope you'll take some time to listen, reflect, and consider the relationships that nourish you, including your relationship with the Earth.
